CANCELLATION PENALTIES

A $200 nonrefundable deposit is due at the time of booking. Final payment is is due 80 days prior to sailing.

  • Over 60 days prior to departure will forfeit per person deposit. See brochure for details
  • 60 – 1 day(s) prior to departure cancellation penalties will mirror the penalties listed in the Insight Vacations brochures and sometimes vary based on destination and itinerary
  • If additional services have been added to the booking (i.e. extra hotel nights, meals, group transfers, sightseeing additions) additional penalties may apply.

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance due to the vendor's very strict cancellation policies. This is to confirm that you are aware of the cancellation penalties as described above on this page and that travel insurance is available for purchase to protect against cancellation penalties due to unforeseen MEDICAL reasons. Travel insurance offered covers the following:

Trip Interruption: Cost of the trip (excluding air)

Trip Delay: $ 150/day, $750 total per person

Emergency Evacuation/Repatriation: $100,000 per person

Medical Expense: $25,000 per person

The cost of travel insurance will vary based on the type of coverage purchased and cost of vacation.  

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

$200 per person nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your place on the tour.  

Travel insurance must be purchased within 10 days of deposit and is nonrefundable.

Airfare can be added at anytime, but must be paid for at the time of booking.  It is recommended to purchase airfare as soon as you have booked your vacation. I can assist you with that. Airfare is nonrefundable.
