1. Cabo San Lucas – Mexico

Set between bluffs on the Baja peninsula, there are beaches that stretch for miles and ample opportunities to relax or go adventuring. Take an ATV tour through the desert vistas or try killer authentic foods in downtown Cabo. There is something to do for everyone in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.

2. Negril – Jamaica
Negril is the epitome of relaxation. This carnival is held in is usually held in late February and is a cultural fusion between European, African, and indigenous traditions. Recognized by UNESCO as a “Masterpiece of the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity.” The event has a parade filled with beautiful floats, troupes of performers, and music. Dance to your heart’s content, sample cultural dishes and learn something new about a fascinating culture this winter vacation.

Barbados Food, Wine and Rum Festival in Barbados
This festival is held annually to mark the long history of Rum traditions.  Foodies and rum lovers will love this festival. St. Lucia National Day/Festival of Lights in St. Lucia
The Festival of Lights is celebrated on St. Lucia’s National Day, December 13th. It pays homage to the Patron Saint of Light and the triumph of light over darkness.
