Gratitude and Reflection: Celebrating the Blessings of 2023 with Our Platinum Travel Family

With Thanksgiving right around the corner, I find myself reflecting on the blessings that have graced my life this year. As we approach the end of 2023, I am filled with an overwhelming sense of gratitude for the remarkable journey this year has been. It has been a year of countless blessings, and I am truly humbled by the incredible opportunities that have come my way. In the spirit of this season of thankfulness, I want to take a moment to share with you the three things that I am most grateful for in 2023.

First up is my family. I have two wonderful sons who are making their way in the world. My oldest son, DJ, is an interior designer in Birmingham Alabama and while I don’t get to see him as much as I would like to. I am proud of him for his fierce independence and choosing his own path. My youngest son, AJ, will be graduating college in December with a degree in Architectural Engineering. I cannot wait to see what the future holds for him. Last, but certainly not least, is my “office mate” Joey. He is my 12-year-old Poovanese who is my constant companion and keeps me on my toes. I am still trying to train him to answer the phone and do some data entry, but I am not holding out much hope.

Second is YOU! I feel incredibly fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with some truly amazing individuals this year. From the very first moment we started planning your vacations, it became clear that I was in the presence of extraordinary people. Throughout our interactions, I have been captivated by your stories, dreams, and the love you have for your families. Your enthusiasm and genuine passion for travel have not only inspired us but also ignited my own wanderlust. To put it simply, you are all fantastic individuals who have made our year truly special. I cannot express how much we appreciate the trust you have placed in us to plan your vacations, and we look forward to crafting many more incredible journeys together.

Lastly, let me tell you about the awesome opportunities that came my way this year. I am grateful for the captivating adventures I had in 2023 which allowed me to curate even more epic journeys for you. I spent hours meeting suppliers, trying out new tours and accommodations, and carefully deciding what to recommend to bring you the best travel options possible.

I embarked on some jaw-dropping journeys, exploring incredible destinations around the globe. Picture strolling through Italy’s historic streets, soaking up the sun on Greece’s gorgeous shores, enjoying the vibrant culture of Spain, diving into the vibrant cityscape of Budapest, and relaxing in the laid-back paradise of Jamaica.  I hopped on a breathtaking Rhine River cruise, cruising past stunning landscapes and picturesque towns. And for the ultimate tropical getaway, I indulged in a cruise through Tahiti and the Society Islands, discovering the beauty and allure of the South Pacific. Every step I took was all about taking your travel experiences to a whole new level.

As I conclude this blog, I want to express my deepest gratitude to all of you. Your continued support and trust have allowed me to turn my passion for travel into a remarkable journey, filled with countless blessings and unforgettable adventures.
